Dr. Paul R. Heyliger was awarded a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University in 1981, and his M.S. degree from CSU in 1983. He also holds a Ph.D. degree in Engineering Mechanics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1986.
