Meet Our PI
Shelby Martell serves as the Career and Technical Education (CTE) & Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Coordinator at United Tribes Technical College. Since joining in August 2023, Shelby has been instrumental in supporting students' vocational and workforce development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
