Matt Mastel, the Commercial Vehicle Operation (CVO) and Heavy Equipment Operation (HEO) Instructor at United Tribes Technical College, brings hands-on experience to his role. He established the CVO program in 2023, helping students obtain their CDL and addressing a critical need in the community.
