Dr. Yiyan Li, Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. He led projects on scientific instrument design at UC-Irvine before joining Fort Lewis College as a Computer Engineering faculty. Li directs NSF, EPA, and DOT programs, supports undergraduate research, and contributes to industrial projects and scholarly activities.
