Sattar Dorafshan received a PhD in civil engineering from Utah State University in 2018. He joined University of North Dakota in Jan 2020 after completing a year of Postdoctoral Research Associateship at FHWA's Turner Fairbank Highway Research Center. He is interested in structural condition assessment, additive construction, noncontact sensing.
