Dr. Charlie Zhang, Ph.D., P.E., is a Tenured Associate Professor at the University of Wyoming and founder of the Construction Research and Innovation Lab. He has secured $1.6 million in funding and published nearly 70 works in remote sensing, transportation, infrastructure preservation, energy systems, and construction safety. A licensed Professional Engineer with certifications from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC, Dr. Zhang has national experience in civil engineering, transportation, and consulting. He serves on the editorial board of the ASCE Journal of Legal Affairs and Dispute Resolution and has received awards including the ASC Regional Teaching Award.
