Armstrong Aboah is an Assistant Professor at North Dakota State University and a transportation data scientist whose work combines computer vision, machine learning, and data-driven methods to improve transportation system management and operations. His research focuses on developing practical and innovative solutions, including database systems, statistical models, data products, and computer vision tools. His broader interests include visual reasoning, vision and language, image generation, air taxis, naturalistic studies, and autonomous vehicles. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Missouri–Columbia, where he was advised by Professor Yaw Adu-Gyamfi.
